Turnaround Time

Turnaround starts once payment and garments are received. Typical production time is 7–10 days. Delays caused by shipping, holidays, or weather are outside our control. Rush options are available upon request.

Cancelled Orders

Orders can be canceled before payment. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued.

​

Order Changes

Additions within 24 hours of payment keep original pricing. Additions after 24 hours reset turnaround time. Items cannot be removed after payment.

​

Project Holds

Projects can be paused once for up to 7 days at no charge. After that, storage fees may apply. Projects inactive for 2 months will be canceled and a termination fee applied.

Garment Variances

Manufacturer defects or color variances may occur. Options include reorder, substitution, or credit toward a future order.

​

Misprints

Up to 5% misprints per design can occur. We’ll replace, substitute, or credit. For exact counts, order extras.

Mockups & Colors

Colors may vary slightly from digital mockups. Exact matches are not guaranteed.

​

Ink Colors

If Pantone colors aren’t provided, we’ll select the closest match. Ink may vary by fabric type and print style.

Custom Tags

Custom tag printing and relabeling are available. Please confirm artwork sizing before approval. Mojave Prints is not responsible for errors after approval.

Marketing Use

By placing an order, you allow Mojave Prints to photograph or share your project for marketing and portfolio purposes.

Shipping

Yes, we ship. Mojave Prints is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages once shipped. We can ship to tour cities or multiple locations upon request. Shipping insurance is recommended.

Printing Over Seams

Printing across seams, zippers, or pockets may cause uneven ink coverage and is not covered under replacements.

​

Polyester & Blends

Some dye migration may occur on polyester or blended garments. We take steps to reduce it, but these items are not eligible for replacement.

Trademarks & Copyright

Customers are responsible for all trademarked or licensed artwork submitted.

​

Claims & Issues

Report any issues within 48 hours to orders@mojaveprints.com. Reprints or refunds require proof that the final product differs from approved mockups. Items must be returned before reprinting. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Pricing and terms may change without notice due to supplier or material costs. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
